Project Manager/ Admin. Assistant
We are looking for an all-around tech savvy individual who is motivated by challenges, and stimulated by new technologies and change.
Job Description:
Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include all facets of business administration, screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and customer relations. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, proven project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Sales Representative
Job Objective:
Responsible for all Internet Technology sales activities, from lead generation through close in a national market. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of professional website development and search engine marketing services to small and medium sized businesses.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge to give effective presentation of all Internet related service offerings.
- Develops annual business plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, and the solutions to their problems.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Responsible for identifying and building effective network with other professionals to maximize revenue.
- Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for pricing, and presentation of solutions prospects' business problems.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using other company data systems to maintain accurate records.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.

Job Specifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales in the Internet Technology (or related) industry.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven top skills in the use of computers and other technology resources.
- Ability to accurately convey complex technical concepts to prospects and clients.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
Network Administrator/Field Technician
Experience: Two years of networking experience with verifiable solo experience on server installations.
Certifications: At least MCSA/MCP equivalent level of knowledge. MCSE, CCNA would be a plus.
Required Knowledge: Current Microsoft operating systems, TCP/IP, networking hardware, PC hardware, servers, network design, network administration, PC repair, customer service skills, troubleshooting technical problems, network security, routers, broadband connectivity, Microsoft Terminal Server, Cisco routers. You should be able to:
• Install a Windows 2003 Active Directory network from the ground up.
• Configure a router
• Rebuild a server
• Restore Windows system registry
• Perform ordinary hardware maintenance
• Effectively schedule tasks and projects
• Practice critical thinking, reasoning and troubleshooting skills
• Communicate with client at all organizational levels.
• Maintain a keen eye toward cost control.
Web Designer/Developer
We are looking for an individual who is interested in long-term career growth, motivated by challenges, and stimulated by new technologies and change. If you want to work in shorts and flip-flops, this is probably not the job for you. If you are a "people person", that is a good thing.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and talented individual to assist in design and development of various web graphics, art work, and search engine optimization. You will be responsible for:
• Design and development of various static and data driven websites
• Design and creation of graphics and art work
• Help with content creation, marketing and advertising material

• Help with general office related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
• Quick learner with new software applications and systems
• Good working knowledge of PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with JavaScript and JSP scriplets
• Proven experience with SEO
• Dynamic language experience a plus, i.e. Cold Fusion, ASP, PHP.
